Early Street Detail

Here is a detail section of my first InkDot picture. This was at an early stage. Before a lot of the extra cross hatching was done. The robot's leg isn't in the way so you can see the whole street.

Stages of a picture

I tried colouring it all in with the limited colours but felt in the end it had more impact as it ended up finally.

Here it is, my Ink Dot submission. Ideal for a chrissy prezzy hehehe. You can order it here. Click on the pic for a better view. I decided to do it using no black so everything tonally was done with cross hatching. Except the back buildings with a layer of grey but ignore that!

Ink-Dot

Hihi, so a few posts ago I mentioned Ink Dot and the art I entered, well I got in and here is the poster for the opening! I am very excited. It's like I'm a real artist and everything!

Glee

Hi so forgot to say! On Monday I was successful in getting into InkDot! (More news to come). Then when I got home my new Molskine was waiting for me, my first one. Then this was the first drawing in it, I was happy.

Hello, so I am busy at the mo with work and also doing a proper picture!! It's not a doodle at all (as such) so I haven't had much time to sketch.
